New technological challenges for policies on biodiversity conservation and genetic resources

Abstract

Like never before in history it is increasingly challenging to keep updated or relatively informed with regard to new technologies developed and used in the world of biodiversity and genetic resources conservation and use. This new Policy Brief on Trade and Environmental Policy analyzes the importance of these developments from the perspective of international public policies and legal frameworks and their relevance for the South American region in particular.
