Abstract: Desde el 2014 el Tribunal Constitucional, máxima autoridad judicial decisora, viene evaluando la demanda de amparo impuesta por dos empresas mineras, Perubar y Cerro Verde, respecto a la viabilidad del Aporte por Regulación (APR) a favor del Organismo de Evaluación y Fiscalización Ambiental (OEFA). El proceso actualmente se encuentra en sus últimas etapas.
